HOW WE HANDLE SHIPMENTS
All our terrestrial plants are exported in a sterile growing media which complies with the import regulations of all countries. The plants are free from diseases and pests and are certified to be so by a "Phyto Sanitary Certificate", issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand.
Every shipment is accompanied by the following documentation:

Invoice
-
Packing list
-
Phyto Sanitary Certificate
-
Certificate of Origin.
If required, these documents can also be legalized by the embassies of the importing country.
From Thailand we can ship plants only by air freight to destinations like USA, Canada, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia etc.. Sea freight, and where possible road/rail freight is only possible within South East Asia.
The plants are packed in wood reinforced cartons (for plants up to 130cm [4'3"] height) or in custom made wooden crates (for larger plants up to 300cm [9'10"] height). Plants are secured inside the cartons/crates with string to prevent them from shifting during transport.
